Everyday first start of my car is really hard. It's sound like there are not enough fuel for it to start or something stuck or stopping it from starting. Or there might be water in the fuel. But after drive it and the engine had been warmed up I can start up just fine like new.

SMG
Something the gears number flashing while driving and there was a sound before that happen to notified me.

please help I dont know what is going on with it. Dealer charged money just to look at it to find the problems.

Can't help you on the transmission, but the engine starting problem sounds like a coolant temperature sensor to me. It could be making the engine computer think that the engine is hot when it's really not. A cold engine requires an overly rich fuel mixture because the lack of heat doesn't let the fuel vaporize as well. If the temperature sensor fails and tells the computer it's warm when it isn't, then the computer doesn't provide the right mixture to make the car run well. After the engine is warm, it doesn't matter as much, but it's still not giving the computer the right info.

Good Luck
