2002 BMW 745 Front wheel and Steering Shaking and wobbleing

I have had with my car a vigorous shaking of my car and steering wheel whopling, I have checked the tyers and they are balanced. No problem with breaks and break drums.
Some sound coming out of the left front wheel when turning the steering

can u please advise

There are consumable bushings in the suspension called thrust arm bushings that are likely worn out, an inspection by a BMW technician will be in order to assess the suspension and give the final word.
