I HAVE A BMW 325I WITH OVER 300,000 MILES AND 6 CYCLINDER. AND AFTER DRIVING IT FOR A WHILE REVERSE DOESN'T WORK BUT AFTER AWHILE IT'S WORKS AGAIN. WHAT IS WRONG?

Check the transmission fluid level also check to see if it smells burnt or feels gritty. If so you should change the transmission fluid and the filter
