2004 BMW 325 Power steering fluid

I went to a lube place to get a lof and after a few miles my steering got real hard. So I ckecked things out and I found they fill the resivoir with oil I need to drain and flush it. How do I do this

A turkey baster or some way to suck the oil out of the reservoir might work. The banjo bolt fitting at the P/S pump could be loosened to facilitate this process. Refill with Dexron ATF.
