2003 BMW 325 Stiff steering

I have stiffnes when turning the steering wheel. I didnt use the car for 5 days while on vacation and my first day back, I noticed this stiffness. I checked the power steering fluid and it was brown so I drained it with a syringe, refilling it approx. 4 times and replaced about 1 quart. It is slightly better now but still feels stiff. Whats my next step? Also my aribag light recently goes on and off periodically. Is there a connection?

The power steering is not something I can fix over the internet because I am not there to feel it too. The problem could be your perception, and that I can't help. As to the SRS light going off on and off, the system might have a problem, and if it did the light would remain on all the time.
