Noises problem
2004 BMW 325 All Wheel Drive Automatic 70,000 miles

sounds like a noise a belt would make. But I checked them and the look ok.
have any ideas? It doesn't do it all the time.

It is either the tensioner pulley or the deflection pulley. It is not uncommon, they have this failure all the time. Go to Realoem. Com for the exploded views. Look in the 11 section under drive belts.
