2002 BMW 325 headlights, turnsignals & hazards are not

The headlights, turnsignals and hazards are not working. Along with the dash light not coming on. The fuzes seem to be fine. Everything else is okay. Was told it may be the relay fuze. Is that possible or is the problem much bigger. What should I excpect to pay if its electrical?

The lamps are controlled by a separate module called the LKM or lamp control module, it may be something to do with that, but without having a GT-1 printout from the dealer, it is hard to be specific.
