In temperatures below 25 degrees F, the car turns over fine but has difficulty starting. By difficulty, I mean it takes more than 10 turns of the ignition to start. I am wearing out the starter. Anyway - computer code stated piston mis-fire so replaced plugs and wires. However, there is no improvement in starting when temp is below 25F. Once started, the engine operates at normal temperature and heater works fine. Ideas/thoughs?

Try purchasing fuel from a different supplier.
