Hello
I parked my car outside and in the morning I went into my car and pressed the clutch and it went down with any resistance.
At night it was below 0 degrees and the clutch got iced I think.
I have enough fluid in the tank.

How can I deforst it without taking it apart?
Is it enough when I push it into a garage?

As I understand you, the pedal went to the floor and stayed there. The problem is most likely a failed hydraulic cylinder, either the master or the slave will require replacement, perhaps both. Brake fluid has agents in it that help absorb water so freezing is usually not a concern.
