My air conditioner will work on every speed but high. I replaced the air conditioner relay under the hood, but it blew again after a week.

Test for power and ground at the motor and see which one is missing.

OK, so if you have both power and ground at the motor, you have a bad motor.

But the motor works on every speed but high and something is causing the relay to blow on high

You don't "blow" relays. You have something else going on there and the circuit needs to be tested following a wiring diagram. I think your testing has been flawed from the beginning here. It looks like it's time to get some local electrical help

According to the the auto parts store they said it BLEW and everyone in the store could SMELL it. Pin 86 on the relay burned out.

If the pin overheated, the problem is with the socket, not the relay. Stop listening to people in auto parts stored. They are sales clerks and not technicians.

Now I'm having problems with my brakes. The pedal practically goes to the floor. I pump the brakes and they catch but then goes to the floor. I check the fluid and it's full.
