The fuses are good, new relay, new pigtail, new blower and I can hear it engaging when I turn the fan on but nothing. Even my A/C pipes are frosting up. Completely baffled here.

Hello,

This sounds like you could have a problem with your blend door actuator. These are little plastic motors that control where the air is coming through the vents at. When the motor breaks, the door that routes the air will be stuck in the position that it is in. Here is a link describing everything below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

I can hear all that engaging when I turn on my climate control knob in the car, my pipes get frosty and all, the motor stays dead though, I'm completely stumped. All new fuses, new pigtail and relay, new blower, knob is functional, pipes get frosty, compressor and clutch and working.

Okay, so can you hear the blower motor engage when you turn the fan on?

No it doesn't engage or do anything, I can here the control switch inside the car sending signal and my pipes getting frosty but my blower is dead silent like no power to it but the blower is good and the connector is too. I had it checked.

Hello again,

Okay, this could be a problem with Ground #302 underneath the center console. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram for your vehicle's blower motor, a diagram of where Ground #302 is located, and a guide for how to inspect ground connections. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Okay, I'll check that out. The day it went out my wife was driving it back from the store and she went over a speed bump and it kicked back on but later shut back down. Thank you

I am half tempted to see if the brand new relay I installed went faulty too. Pigtail seems clean though. Not sure how to even check that though.

Hello again,

That definitely sounds like a loose connection. It will probably be the ground or a bad electrical connector. I have already sent you the guide on how to check ground connections so I will send along a guide for inspecting electrical connectors in the diagrams down below. Check the out and report back with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
