The blower motor was weak and now has totally stopped working. I had no wining noises prior to it stopping to blow. Also if it is the resistor can I hot wire blower motor until I get the part? What is the best way to access the blower motor if it needs to be changed?

Good morning,

I attached the procedure for both the blower and resistor.

I also attached the wiring diagram. Make sure you have power to the resistor with the key on. Without power, neither the motor or the resistor will work.

Do your checks first before replacing anything.
