Keep blowing fuses for blower motor

Blower motor blowing fuses. Replaced motor, still doing same. Runs on all speeds for approximately five to ten seconds then fuse blows.

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you are having a problem with the blower motor resistor. Check to see if the harness/connector is melted/burnt/loose/damaged. Here is a tutorial showing blower motor replacement if it helps:

I've attached a few pictures below of its location.It's under right side of dash next to blower motor.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I second the resistor idea. Also a good inspection of all the wiring would be a good idea! These cars had the wire harness recall due to crumbling insulation back in the day.
