BCM Location?

We can not locate the bcm in our car

There is no BCM in that car. It's functions are in the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) under the hood. That is the fuse and relay box on the fender. They are a known failure point. Replacement isn't real difficult if it is the issue. What is the issue you are having?

Our instrument panel will not work the digital stuff works but no gauges and the door locks keep locking intermittently

OK, the dash in that car is pretty stand alone and gets it's data through the various CAN networks. It controls the door locks as well. As such I suspect it's a bad cluster rather than the TIPM, especially as part of it does work and it doesn't really get anything from the TIPM in this vehicle. You might want to check fuse 17 in the rear power distribution box but I suspect it isn't the problem. Do you have access to a bi-directional scan tool that can read all of the modules in the car? The cluster does have some tests in those that could help.
