Hello, I need a bit of advice, my battery was accidentally put in backwards and now my car won’t start. The transmission, front power windows (driver and passenger), windshield wipers and headlights (unless they’re on manual mode and not automatic) are not working but everything else is (sunroof, back windows, horn, lock/unlock, and it responds to key commands) so it has power somewhere, it just won’t start.

Hello,

When a battery gets connected backwards, you could have different items circuits/fuses to go bad.
First check the battery fuses.
There are 2 battery fuses in the fuse box that is located in the trunk. They should be number 2 and number 4, both 40A fuse.

This vehicle also got a 6 ga fusible link that could blow as well.
It can also damage the integrated power module.

Let me know what you find.
Thank you.
