The car screen goes Cue screen panel goes completely black when I have the air on medium to high. Then the by the next day the battery dies and I have to call AAA for a jump. The battery and alternator have been tested and nothing shows up.

If the battery is drained every time this happens then I suspect the radio or Cue system is remaining active causing the battery to drain. However, it may not be the radio itself. It could be something like a media hub keeping it awake which drains the battery.

The way to find this is to hook up a volt meter inline to the negative battery cable and set it on amps to see how large the draw is and then removing fuses and components until we find the issue.

Here is a guide that talks about the principal of this but your vehicle is newer so it won't follow the exact steps of checking the lamps and things:

Let me know if you are able to hook the meter up and if you have questions about that and we can go from there. Thanks
