I replaced the battery on my Jetta because it went bad well driving home tonight the battery light kicked on and every light on instant panel lit up and now car wont start

Hi Devildoc,

Have you tested the alternator? Here is a guide that explains how to do this. The alternator is responsible for keeping the electrical system at the proper operating level and it appears your alternator is not doing that.
