I got the code and changed the 02 sensor. I cleared the code and after driving up the street the check engine light came back on and got p2196 biased stuck rich, P0135 02 heater circuit malfunctions, P0132 circuit high voltage. All on bank 1 sensor 1. Where do I start with all these codes?

Good morning,

I attached possibilities for the codes below.

The first thing I would do is check the voltage at the O2 sensor for power with the key on.

If there is n voltage from either a blown fuse or wiring issue, the O2 will not work as the sensor has to be a certain temperature in order for it to work.
