Very bad jerk when shifting out

When shifting from one gear to next, there is a bad to worse jerking like it would be transmission, but feels as though it is underneath. Does not happen every time I drive it nor is it as bad when it does happen. Worse case when it does happen, it will actually cause driver and passengers head to jerk!

It sounds like your transmission is low on fluid or needs a fluid service. Here is a guide to help you check the fluid and then service the unit to see whats going on:
