Backfiring and sputtering?

My car listed above is making a popping sound when I accelerate, and it is sputtering and barely goes but when it's in park or neutral it techs up just fine and don't pop but as soon as I put it in any gear that's when it starts doing it. Thanks for the help. GUUS

I have seen a broken valve spring cause this problem, but to be sure can you upload a short video of the engine having the problem then I can tell for sure.
