Back right tire does not Move

Two things. First, the loud noise that this is making, can you get a recording of this noise? I don't think that is related to the tire not moving.

Then can you lift the vehicle and try and spin the tire by hand? If it does not move then we most likely have a brake issue being locked on that side.

Below is the info from the manual on how to replace the shoes. We need to take them apart to find out what is going on in there.
