Hi, my transmission doesn’t down shift to 1st gear whenever vehicle is come to complete stop, it stay in 2nd gear, can any one give me some advice? Thanks

More than likely you have a shift solenoid issue or a valve stuck in the valve body. The only way to check this is to pull them out and make sure they are not stuck.

Before you do that though, just check and see if there are any codes. You may have an open circuit to the solenoid and if you do then we know what to go after.
