the car has nose from rear rigth side-when car is truned on- car not moving fuel pump or filter? Do you know location of fuel pump---thank you

Fuel pump is in tank on right side so that is probably what your hearing. Like a whine of an electric motor?
If filter has not been changed for sometime it may cause pump to whine due to resistence to flow.
