Anti theft will not let truck start

When I lock my truck with the remote for any period of time, sometimes when I come back to start the truck (unlock the doors with the remote)the truck does not not start. The battery is brand new and all lights (interior and exterior) work fine and heater turns on. The steering wheel is not locked.

Hello,

When you say it will not start do you mean the engine will not crank over or the engine cranks over and will not run?
