Had parasitic drain found to be radio 2005 beetle tdi removed fuse to find it disconnected battery charged. Now lights all on at dash. Turn key to start nothing. No horn honk or light flashing just don't crank

Can I ask if the jumpers or charger was connected backwards for a second? It sounds like a bad connection at the battery. Here is a guide that can help:
