I am searching for alternative battery options compatible with my Nissan Serena C26 S-Hybrid. I can't find the original batteries so If anyone has suggestions or recommendations for suitable batteries that could replace or enhance the existing setup, I would greatly appreciate your insights! Thank you!

With car batteries you need to know the size and the voltage rating. The size is known as a group size and the first battery you list would be an S-95 flooded cell unit. The other is a K-42 size. However as long as the battery fits into the box and the ratings are close you don't need to have the exact same battery. So, say your battery is 8 inches tall, but the only battery you can find is 9 inches tall. Look at the battery location and what is above it. If you have said 4 inches of room, that extra inch of height isn't a problem. Same thing with the other dimensions. Many vehicles are built using parts the company already has, so look at the battery box itself and measure it. Then go look for a battery that will fit. Be aware of the battery terminal locations as there are different locations available. For instance, if your battery sets with the terminals at the back and the ground connector is on the left side, getting home with a battery that is larger, but the ground terminal is on the right side would be a problem.
