1999 Eurovan Climate Control Display Unit

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your Eurovan? I allowed dealer to replace the display (cost $2k) and within 6 months later it was still doing same thing but air coming out defrost vent (instead of front vent). But it does not always do this and so dealer "can't find anything wrong" when they look at it.
