Airbag cannot be removed because of this tamper proof part

I cannot remove my airbag because it has some sort of tamper proof lock. I started on the left side of steering wheel removing a 10 mm torx bit and then right side of steering wheel has some sort of tamper proof lock that is about the same size as a 10 mm but totally different no locals or o lines that I have contacted have ever seen it before and the dealer ship was useless they told me they do not sell parts ! I just need no if someone can tell me what this is called and where I could possible find one the dealership did mention snap on would have one but I tried to find it and without knowing what it is called it is very hard to locate please help me?

Snap on may have it, but it may be part of a kit and the price will be prohibitive. Can you not just get the dealer to undo the bolt? They would have to have access to the correct tool.

Had to edit my post. Did some research and that design looks like close to a hexalobular design. You can try eBay for the tool.
