Air not coming out center vent

Here is the procedure to replace this actuator. You are correct that this is the mode door actuator. You can confirm this by removing the glove box and getting to the actuator and then moving the door position with the controls and seeing if this moves. More than likely this is where you will hear the clicking as well.

There is only one blend door actuator. However, this door is only responsible for air temp and not which vents it comes out. This would be the defront/register/footwell actuator.

Yes. More than likely the blend door actuator is the one clicking behind the glove box.

Okay. The first three attachments are for the air temperature door otherwise known as the Blend door. The next three are for the air distribution door. This is the one that directs the air to different vents.

The last two attachments are of the air inlet door actuator and this is the one that is in behind the glove box. This is different then the dual temp zone so if you have an actuator clicking behind the glove box, it is most likely this one. However, all three are not that far from each other as this air box is not that big so you may want to access them and then turn the system on and just confirm which one is clicking.

As for the parts, I don't show any OEM part numbers which would make this easier. According to some large parts websites, these actuators are the same. They only list a couple different options for dual temp zones. This is very common for the OEM to use the same actuator for each door because it cuts down on complexity.
