On very hot days my electronic display (which controls air conditioner, heat, fan speed, defrost, etc.) Does not come on initially, which means no air is able to flow through the vents because the fan will not work. Eventually, after driving for about ten minutes with the windows down, the display will come on, and then the fan turns on, and everything works as normal. I assume there is some electrical component that is overheated and once it cools down enough it will turn on. If so, What component(s) could be causing this?

I am going to assume this is automatic temperature control where you set the temperature. Check the ground for the control and check to see if there is a good battery/body ground as well that may be your problem also check blower relays.
