Air conditioning unit (HVAC) not working?

I’m trying to figure out what I can do to get my air conditioner to work. My heat works but it only blows out hot on the driver's side. No heat from passenger side or backseat.

So does the cold work on the drivers side? If not it sounds like you have two problems. You should have cold air on the drivers side if you have heat unless the AC system is not working. We should check the fuse #18 and #24 in the fuse panel on the left side of the engine compartment. This guide can help and I have included the fuse locations in the images below.
