Does this car have a fan assembly for the radiator and another one for air conditioning?

I have a fan assembly for the radiator and another one for air conditioning. Looks like it has a place for a second assembly, but I can't see where the wire connector is. The A/C doesn't work but it has all parts.

Hi,

I'm reading through the manual, and it indicates that it should have two. See pics 1 below. As far as the A/C, have you checked anything related to it? For example, have you checked to make sure it is charged? Have you checked fuses?
