Welcome to 2CarPros. What is the problem you are having? There are usually a number of fuses in the various systems and knowing what is wrong will allow us to look at the entire circuit to see what the issue might be. Or there could be a relay that is stopping power from getting through. Thank you.

My A/C does not blow cold air. I checked my regular fuse but I’m thinking it’s another bigger fuse but I don’t know which one is air conditioning.

When you turn on the A/C does the clutch turn on? Does the blower motor work okay? The most common reason for no cold air is a low refrigerant charge. If the clutch is not turning on the first thing to do would be to would be to put a gauge set on it and check the pressure in the system. This is because there are sensors that tell the system if there is low or no charge in the system.
As far as fuses go if the heater side all works and the cooling fans work the fuses are good.
To test the pressure you will need a gauge set that you can get as a loaner tool at most parts stores. And a jumper wire. If you look at the A/C compressor there are two wires, one is a ground, the other (Green /Black) is the power. If you jumper that to battery positive the clutch should engage. With the engine running and the clutch engaged the pressure on the low side should be between around 30 psi and the high side somewhere above 200 psi. If it doesn't you have a low charge. Which engine do you have and do you know the build date (should be either on the door tag or on the one under the hood) VW changed a few things depending on the engine and date.
