Good evening,

I attached a guide on how to evacuate and recharge a AC system.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/re-charge-an-air-conditioner-system

What is the issue with the car?

So is the only way to get the air service light off? Because this only came on going down the road.

On the old caddys, the light comes on when the AC is not working most likely from low Freon level.

Can't add Freon because the low pressure reads in the red on the Freon gauge.

You need to follow the guide I sent you.

You need an AC machine that will recover what is left, evacuate the system and the machine will charge the system with the correct amount of Freon.
