Air conditioning blows warm air

Refrigerant is properly serviced, the compressor kicks on and stays on. If drive over 75 mph the air starts to get cool.

It sounds like the compressor is out. To be sure we need a high side reading here is a guide to help you see how to get it and what the reading should be:
