My cold air only works when I turn it to max but when I turn it to another setting it stops work. Also, my heater doesn't work even when I turn my temperature knob all the way to the red side for heat the only thing that happens is that the cold air just keeps blowing.

Hi,

It sounds like you may have two things happening. If the blower motor only works on high speed, that is usually the result of a faulty blower motor resistor. The temperature issues sound like a problem with the blend air door actuator.

Do me a favor. Let me know if the blower motor (fan) is the issue or do you feel it is more temperature related.

As far as the resister, it will be under the dash near the blower motor.

Take a look through this link and let me know if it mirrors what you are experiencing:

Let me know.
