AdBlue tank is filled but will not start the car?

It sounds like there is an error in the circuit. Have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes?

I know there is a technical service bulletin related to the light being on due to a reductant line connector issue. I read through it and there must have been some issue when the component was welded. If pressure is too low, it will prevent the operation of the system.

I attached it below so you can see it. Let me know if you can check it and determine if there is a problem.

Is there a leak? That is what would cause the low-pressure issues and prevent it from starting. If there was evidence of a leak, it is likely still present.

Hi,

Something may be corroded. Check to make sure none of the connectors appear damaged, loose, or corroded. If everything appears okay, we need to scan the can-bus to determine what may be causing the issue. However, the idea that it was crystalized likely indicates a leak.

As far as scanning, CAN stands for controller area network. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.
