Injection circuit open/short circuit cylinder 4: This code means that there is a short in the wiring or the circuit is open in the wiring that leads the the fuel injector for cylinder 4. This is probably caused by a blown fuse, but it may also be a bad ignition module or computer.

Exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected: This code indicates an issue with the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve or the related components. Usually cleaning the EGR valve with cleaner to get the carbon build up out will temporarily solve the issue. Replacement of valve is recommended.
