I disconnected my battery because something was killing it. The car usually start as soon as I reconnect. One morning I go to start the car and it would not start. The engine just keeping turning over. Is this because of the alarm. And how can I fix the problem?

Hello,

It sounds like your vehicle has an excessive parasitic draw (current drain).
Every electrical circuit with a battery will have certain amount of parasitic draw. But it can become excessive due to faulty components. Like a glove box light staying on or a shorted window switch etc.

Here is a helpful guide of how to find parasitic draw:

For the no start issue, have you tried to jump start the vehicle?
You could just have a weak battery due to having the parasitic draw.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
