1990 Acura Legend ECU Scanner?

Which diagnostic scanner do I need for my car and where is the connection? I know the ECU is located under the passenger seat but are unable to find out which OBD is needed. Thanks so much for any help you can give me on this.

Yours is an OBD1 system-get a repair manual it should be in there how to extract the code/s could be using a jumper wire or the key method.
