Hi ma name is dre my car was not starting at first but after I move some fuses around it started but before than the windows wouldnt go down or the head light, horn and the milege thing wouldnt work what do you think I should do and how much would it might cost

Hi Dre,

Since you said moving some fuses works, I would suggest checking for loose wire connections.

Check/clean the battery terminals and grounds first.

As stated by the moderator I would check all the connections first again, also check for corrosion. Are you sure all the fuses are of the proper rating (usually the kick panel will specify which fuse rating to use in certain slots). Does your cruise control function normally? It may also be a faulty clock spring, although that wouldn't exactly relate to your windows not rolling down.
