Engine Performance problem
1990 Acura Legend 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

car starts and then it just dies and u have to wait for 30min. I just wont to know why the car is just spiting and cuting off after a min of geting started

Hi derk380,

When engine stalled and could not be started immediately, it could be caused by ignition and/or fuel supply/delivery faults.

If it is fuel related, it could be the PGM-FI main relay that is intermittently failing resulting in the fuel pump working.

Check relay circuit board for broken or cracked soldered points and resolder them if necessary.
