1996 Acura Integra won't rev over 2500 RPMs

Ok here's the deal. My car will not rev over 2500-3000 rpms. If you ease into throttle it will go to rev limiter. And I do mean ease. When you drive normally when it hits that rpm it sounds like your giving it gas with the switch gettin shut off. Just bogs and won't go any further.

Scan the ecu and post any DTC's you find. I will further assist you then.

Unfortunately its not throwing any. If it was I could fix it. I have checked map sensor tps iacv and they are all good. I even tried a known good distrbutor. Oh and I checked the timing
