My Integra has been hesitating or bogging down as I drive it. It is most noticeable under acceleration. I do feel it some times at steady speeds. When the accelerator is to the floor I do not notice it. Engine idles great. This is an intermittent problem that happens when car is at operating temp; but not every time it is at operating temp. I did some research online and found that it could be EGR system or distributor. No EGR valve on this make/model. Bought new dizzy (and cap and rotor) and no bogging down for 20-25 miles. Then it started again. The car does puff out bluish smoke every morning when I first start her up, and when I take off from sitting at a stop light or at a drive thru windows for a couple of minutes. I assumed it was oil because I have to add 2 qts between each oil change; but I guess it also could be running extra rich. I did buy new spark plug wires; no fix. I also bought a new fuel filter when problem first occurred, no fix. I tightened down valve cover; thinking that oil was seeping to the spark plugs, no fix. The CEL is not on. It does come on for 2 seconds when starting the car up, then it turns off. There is pressure in gas tank after driving (I was hoping that a new gas cap would fix it!).
