1989 Acura Integra I dont know

i dont know if my car is just telling me she is ready to die or what? I know im having a slight alternator problem but now my number 4 cylinder stopped firing. I already changed the spark plugs and wires, took out the fuel injectors and cleaned my fuel rail, checked my fuel filter and my fuel pressure regulator, and even took a look at my valves and everything is in great condition. Would my alternator also be causing this problem too because when I turn it on at night and I turn on the lights after idleing it stubbles alittle.
