AC, defogger and recirculate button does not work(I do have heat)

Ac/defogger and recirculate buttons does not work I thought I pushed them to much. It very hard to see when its raining. Please help

Do you have air coming out? It sounds like it could be a blower fan motor. Did you check the fuses?

Can you hear the blower motor turning? If not lets test it, please follow this guide and get back to me
