Replaced PCM and electric part of ignition, now no accessories when running but all of them with the key turned backwards.

This sounds like an issue with the key itself. However, before anything else is replaced, I would suggest reviewing the info below on programming this PCM and make sure this was done.

Below you will find the specific info on this. If you replaced the PCM then you should have programmed new keys so run through this info and I would then replace the keys with two new keys and retest this.
