Every thing was fine but when accelerated it went down instead boost up and some time engine shutdown

We overhauled engine, new piston and ring, new valve, new fuel pump, fuel injectors, new spark plugs.
When we started engine it was normal at start on idle.

Exhaust all okay. But decline of combustion still there.

It sounds like the camshaft timing could be off a tooth. Lets do a compression test to see if the engine is okay. here is a guide:
