Hello,

There could be number of reasons for a vehicle to have hesitation during acceleration.
It could due to weak spark or not getting enough fuel or air. It could also be due to clogged catalytic converter.

Many times, with issues like this there are other symptoms, like rough idle or the check engine light will be on.
Are you experiencing any other issues?

Is your check engine light illuminated?

Please let me know little more information.
Thank you.

SQM,
Thank-you for the response.
At the moment, no to both questions: rough idling and check engine light.
I will replace the spark plugs this weekend and get back to you. Hopefully, that will fix the issue.

Also, I recently replaced both air filters: under the hood and inside the Odyssey.

You know many times a tune up can do wonder for the engine performance.
Here is a guide to a basic tune up, you might find helpful. It covers the typical replacement and cleaning of components.
