Loses acceleration when traveling up a hill

When this car appears to mountain while loaded it accelerate low as if it is not changing gears. End up a stop up I turned off the engine after twenty minutes it picks slowly and then retains. What should I do?

It sounds like you have a plugged up catalytic converter but to confirm the issue please follow this guide and report back.
